Our Team
Shiloh is led by Executive Director, Keith Johnston who oversees three additional full-time and part-time staff members. The Board of Directors approves Shiloh’s strategic direction each year and guides decisions related to policies and finances. Board members each sit for three-year terms and serve on a number of board committees. Director appointments are reviewed annually, and new directors are appointed at Shiloh’s Vision Connect (Annual General Meeting) held in November each year.
